Subscription Services
EnergyPulse offers subscription-based services for energy market intelligence, including but not limited to weekly digests, real-time alerts, and custom reports. Our services are available through various subscription plans as described on our website.
Free Trial Period
For new subscribers, we may offer a free trial period. If you decide not to continue with the paid subscription after the trial period, no charges will be applied if you cancel before the trial period ends. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged accordingly.
Refund Eligibility
We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. Our refund eligibility is as follows:
Eligible for Full Refund
- If you cancel your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase (for first-time subscribers only), we will issue a full refund.
- If you experience persistent technical issues that significantly impair your ability to access or use our services, and our support team is unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- If we make significant changes to our services or Terms of Use that materially reduce the value of the subscription, and you cancel your subscription within 14 days of such changes, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
Not Eligible for Refund
- Cancellation of subscription after the 14-day period following the initial purchase.
- Cancellation of a renewal subscription (i.e., not the first subscription period).
- Dissatisfaction with the content of our services when the services have been delivered as described.
- Unused subscription time if you choose to downgrade your subscription plan mid-term.
- If your account is terminated for violation of our Terms of Use or other policies.
How to Request a Refund

- Your full name and company name (if applicable)
- Email address associated with your account
- Date of purchase
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Any relevant documentation supporting your request
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund through the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider but typically takes 5-10 business days.
Cancellation of Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on our website or by contacting our customer support team. When you cancel your subscription:
- You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
- Your subscription will not automatically renew for the next billing cycle.
- We do not provide refunds for the unused portion of the current billing period unless specifically eligible as outlined above.
Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, if you cancel after the 14-day period following the initial purchase but before the end of the annual term, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will be prorated based on the unused portion of your subscription, less a 20% administrative fee.
